    A staff member enrolls an existing salon client and connects that client to a business-branded referral card.

    The client can share through an NFC referral card or a digital referral path. The referral stays attributed to the client who made it.

    The friend claims the welcome offer.

    The referred guest enters their name and email to claim the salon's first-visit offer. No customer app or new account is required.

    Staff finds the accepted offer.

    At the first appointment, staff can find the accepted offer using its code or the email address used when it was claimed.

    Staff confirms the first visit.

    After the appointment is completed, staff confirms the visit in Referral Rewards instead of trying to reconstruct the referral later.

    The reward is created automatically.

    Once the visit is confirmed, Referral Rewards records the completed referral and creates the reward for the client who sent the new guest.

Clients can share through a business-branded NFC referral card or a digital referral path. Referred guests can claim the salon's offer without installing an app.

Accepted offers and earned rewards can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Staff can also work from the offer code or customer email during the first-visit confirmation process.
