    They give the card to a friend or share their referral digitally. The referral remains attributed to the customer who sent it.

    The referred customer opens your offer, enters their name and email, and receives an offer code. No app or account is required.

    Staff finds the accepted offer.

    When the referred customer arrives, staff can use the offer code or the email used to claim the offer to find the accepted referral.
